| A | Yes, the new version of the DIPA has a section for recording dates and times of lessons, with new features and a new look |
| Q | Why do you recommend 1024 * 768 as a minimum screen size ? |
| A | Because the physical dimensions of the DIPA are of such a size that it looks better and is easier to use at 1024 * 768, the DIPA can't be resized because of this |
| Q | How do I close my DIPA ? |
| A | Go to the File menu at top left and hit exit or close, be sure to save your records first |
| Q | Are you going to add more to or upgrade the DIPA ? |
| A | Yes we are, we would like the feedback to keep coming please, the DIPA is in its infancy and it will help us greatly to make the software even better than it is |
| Q | Will I be able to upgrade my DIPA when you make a new version in the future ? |
| A | Yes and as an existing customer you will be entitled to a massive discount on any and all new versions |
| Q | Why is the DIPA icon a cat ? |
| A | Good question, because the logo of our company purrfect systems is based on our very nice office cat named TC |
| Q | Can I use my DIPA on my laptop or PDA ? |
| A | You can use it on your laptop subject to your operating system being windows based. At this moment in time it is not compatible with PDA's |
| Q | Can I use the DIPA on my 'mac' ? |
| A | If we get enough requests for a 'mac' version we may produce a compatible version |
| Q | Do I have to be a computer genius to use the DIPA ? |
| A | Not at all, the DIPA has been designed to be user friendly and includes extensive tooltips which are easily accessible by simply hovering your mouse cursor over the relevent area |
